Obligatory cleaning at the end: 140 €
Bed-linen and towels on request: 8 € per person		   Booking Conditions
30% of the rent on booking, the rest one month prior to arrival. All payments must be made by remittance only, no cheques or credit cards. The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of the deposit of 30%, non-refundable in case of cancellation. A deposit of 300 € will be requested upon arrival.
